The new partners are:
Ari Bendet, Commercial
Laura Cochrane, Commercial
Michael Repse, Property & Development
Brianna Youngson, Property & Development
Four partners is a significant step up from last year, when the firm promoted just one partner.
While many of its partners have worked elsewhere at different stages of their careers, none of the newest 25 are laterals. It’s a deliberate, long-running bet on homegrown talent.
Managing Partner Henry Lanzer said the growth reflects client need, not an appetite for size.
