Corrs Chambers Westgarth has named four new partners effective 2026, a step down from last year’s bumper round, when Corrs named 11 partners.

The cohort spans the firm’s core practices, covering projects, corporate and responsible business and ESG, across its Melbourne and Perth offices.

The new partners:

  • Ella Pope (Projects, Melbourne) has experience advising on some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects, spanning development, procurement, delivery, contract administration and financing.

  • Anton Bobenko (Corporate, Melbourne) advises clients on investments in private investment funds, co-investments, secondary acquisitions and divestments of private investment fund interests and fund formations.

  • Kate Gill-Herdman (Responsible Business and ESG, Melbourne) advises Australia’s leading financial institutions and national and multinational corporates on contentious and non-contentious business and human rights and ESG issues.

  • Philip Hassett (Projects, Perth)advises on complex projects across infrastructure, energy, resources and real estate, including strategic advice on project structuring and negotiating complex project documents.
