Gadens has welcomed eight new partners across four offices, pushing its national partnership to 117.
The appointments cover banking, competition and merger clearance, defence, workplace health and safety, real estate, restructuring and insolvency, and sustainability and social impact.
The new partners are:

Megan King, Sustainability and Social Impact, Melbourne
Rebecca Mercer, Real Estate and Construction, Sydney
Shaun McNaught, Real Estate and Construction, Perth
Shelley Gepp, Banking and Finance, Perth

Three of the eight, Biddulph, McNaught and Gepp, land in Perth, where Gadens only reopened its WA office in December 2025.
