The Brief:
Harvey and Ansarada integrate, letting deal teams push documents from data room to AI analysis in one move.
The tie-up targets legal and professional services teams running due diligence and complex transactions.
Harvey has partnered with virtual data room platform Ansarada, giving deal teams a direct path from secure deal infrastructure to AI-powered analysis and drafting.
Once sell-side permission is granted, joint customers can push documents from Ansarada straight into Harvey’s Assistant, Vault, Word Add-in and Workflow Builder. No manual exports. No broken workflows.
The integration covers the full deal lifecycle, with document sync and permissions flowing across both platforms, keeping governance intact as materials move.
Ansarada MD Justin Smith said:
“The biggest legal firms in ANZ rely on Ansarada to manage high-stakes deal information with the highest levels of security and control. By integrating with Harvey, we’re enabling them to bring those materials directly into Harvey’s AI platform to analyse and act on them while maintaining the governance standards they require.”
Harvey CEO Winston Weinberg said:
“Deal teams and their counsel need to move quickly without compromising accuracy, security, or client confidentiality. By integrating Ansarada’s AI-powered virtual data rooms directly into Harvey, we are giving teams a seamless way to move from secure deal infrastructure to AI-powered analysis and drafting, helping them turn complex transaction data into insights and action faster.”
In Australia, Harvey counts Mallesons, G+T and Clayton Utz as clients. For those firms, the Ansarada tie-up means deal documents are now one step away from Harvey’s AI stack, right when it matters most.
