Johnson Winter Slattery has created a dedicated Head of AI role, appointing Jan Hards as partner to lead the firm's AI strategy.
It's a dual-focus position. Hards will lead AI-driven legal solutions for clients while maintaining a practice advising on M&A, corporate governance, foreign investment and strategic advisory matters.
On the AI side, he'll develop client-facing offerings across transactions, disputes and regulatory matters, pilot co-development projects with key clients, and oversee the firm's AI adoption roadmap.
