  • JWS strengthens its disputes bench with hires from White & Case and MinterEllison.

Johnson Winter Slattery has added two heavyweight disputes partners, recruiting Lee Carroll from White & Case and Andrew Gill from MinterEllison.

  • Lee Carroll, based in Melbourne, will head JWS’s arbitration group, expanding its capability in domestic and international arbitration as demand surges from energy, resources and infrastructure clients.

  • Andrew Gill joins the Canberra office, which focuses on M&A and cross-border investment, advising offshore investors on complex regulatory and trade issues in defence and tech.
