JWS strengthens its disputes bench with hires from White & Case and MinterEllison.
Lee Carroll joins in Melbourne to lead arbitration while Andrew Gill joins in Canberra to deepen the firm’s regulatory and defence work.
Johnson Winter Slattery has added two heavyweight disputes partners, recruiting Lee Carroll from White & Case and Andrew Gill from MinterEllison.
Lee Carroll, based in Melbourne, will head JWS’s arbitration group, expanding its capability in domestic and international arbitration as demand surges from energy, resources and infrastructure clients.
Andrew Gill joins the Canberra office, which focuses on M&A and cross-border investment, advising offshore investors on complex regulatory and trade issues in defence and tech.
