KWM (Australia) reappoints Renae Lattey as Chief Executive Partner
Lattey will serve her second four-year term, starting on 31 Dec 2025
King & Wood Mallesons has reappointed Renae Lattey as Chief Executive Partner Australia, securing her for a second four-year term.
Lattey first took on the role in 2021 and has since steered the firm through a period of increased market volatility.
“She has the full confidence of the KWM Australia Board and partners, and we are grateful for her commitment to taking the firm forward through this next period,” said KWM Chair David Friedlander
Lattey said she felt fortunate to continue leading KWM, adding that her focus for the next term will be on sustainable high performance and lifting the firm’s legal excellence, while evolving client delivery to stay competitive in an AI-driven world.
The firm remains without a global head after Sue Kench stepped down late last year.
Lattey's new term begins on 31 December 2025.
