Lander & Rogers has bolstered its Real Estate & Projects (REP) bench, appointing former general counsel Jennifer Tyler as a partner in Sydney.

Tyler brings more than 25 years’ experience across in-house legal functions and private practice, most recently establishing and leading the in-house legal team at Richard Crookes Constructions, one of Australia’s leading privately owned construction companies.

She’s advised on some of the most significant projects delivered across NSW in recent years, including various Sydney Metro packages, the Powerhouse Museum upgrade, and the transformation of heritage-listed City Tattersalls Club into Sydney House.

Before Richard Crookes, Tyler was Head of Legal at Capella Capital, Deputy Head of Legal, Engineering at Lendlease, and a Senior Associate at Freehills.

The appointment caps a period of rapid growth for the firm’s REP construction and infrastructure practice, which has grown from three to nearly 20 lawyers in five years. It’s also part of a bigger pattern: Lander & Rogers’ partnership has grown 31.0% over the last three years, one of the fastest growth rates in the market.
