Lander & Rogers has appointed Louise Parry as a Partner in its Corporate practice, based in Canberra, effective 7 October.

Parry joins from Clayton Utz, where she was Special Counsel. A contracting specialist with more than 12 years’ experience, she advises government agencies and private clients on outsourcing, managed services, and large-scale procurement projects.

Recognised as an expert in government procurement and commercial law, she brings deep expertise in care services and technology projects, providing end-to-end advice from sourcing strategies to contract negotiation and vendor performance.
