Chief Executive Partner Daniel Proietto said the round reflects continued momentum across the business.
“Over the past 12 months, we have continued to grow our national presence, deepen our capabilities across key practice areas, and strengthen the way we support our clients, people and communities. These promotions recognise the outstanding contribution our promotees have made to that growth and the leadership they demonstrate every day.”
Five of the ten partner promotions come from the firm’s Insurance Law & Litigation bench, spanning Medical Negligence & Health Law, Financial Lines and Public Liability, a clear signal of where the firm is investing. 13 special counsel and 22 senior associates were also elevated in the round.
The promotions follow a string of senior lateral hires over the past 12 months, including competition partner Philip Aitken and finance partner Simon Reid.
