Maddocks has hired Bob Miljevic from Colin Biggers & Paisley as a real estate partner in Sydney.
The move is central to Maddocks’ push to grow its Development Sector presence in NSW.
Maddocks has bolstered its Sydney real estate bench, appointing Bob Miljevic as a partner, effective 19 October.
Miljevic joins from Colin Biggers & Paisley, where he spent more than 13 years. He started there as a senior associate in 2013 and made partner in 2015.
He brings nearly three decades’ experience advising property developers, investors and government agencies on complex property matters.
His practice covers the full lifecycle of residential property development, including:
site acquisitions and titling
off the plan sales
contracts, management statements and by-laws for strata and community schemes
Miljevic also advises property owners and funds on commercial and retail leasing and whole building acquisitions.
CEO Paul Woods noted that the hire is central to Maddocks’ strategic commitment to building a national Development Sector practice. With Miljevic on board, the firm is lifting its capacity to handle high volume development conveyancing and complex property transactions across NSW.
