Mills Oakley has added three heavyweight partners across its Commercial Disputes, Insolvency and Insurance teams.
Joining are:
Chris Brodrick joins in Melbourne. Coming across from Holding Redlich, Brodrick regularly advises prominent property groups and frequently represents clients in ASIC investigations and regulatory proceedings.
Sarah Fountain also joins in Melbourne. Fountain is a recognised name in insurance law with 14 years+ at DLA Piper.
Jonathan Ivanisevic joins in Brisbane. Ivanisevic acted for listed and private companies, executive officers and individuals in landmark matters spanning the mining, transport and agribusiness sectors.
